Cindy Beeren, VP Operations, Leatherhead Food Research
Cindy has worked for 20 years in the Sensory & Consumer area, she joined Leatherhead Food Research’s Consumer, Sensory & Market Insight team in 2007 and has since held a variety of technical and senior management roles within the company.
Prior to Leatherhead, Cindy gained considerable experience working in the food and ingredients industry for companies such as Mars (Netherlands, Germany) as a Sensory Technologist and Danisco (Netherlands, France & United Kingdom) as a Flavourist. She completed the Executive Development Program at Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and has recently broadened her role, becoming European Regulatory Operations Director for Leatherhead’s sister company TSG Consulting.
From 2014-2017, Cindy was the Chair of the UK’s Sensory Science Group of the Institute of Food Science and Technology. In 2011, Cindy launched Leatherhead’s successful SenseReach™ consumer insight tool which provides clients with consumer feedback on food and non-food products.
