Tracey Sanderson

Tracey Sanderson BSc (Hons), RSensSci is Managing Director of Sensory Dimensions, a sensory and consumer research consultancy dedicated to enabling its clients to create successful products.

Throughout her career Tracey has applied her sensory and consumer research expertise to provide solution to a range of product development, brand, product positioning and quality management questions across the food, beverage, home, personal care and healthcare sectors. Tracey began her career as a Sensory Scientist with Leatherhead Food Research before moving to RSSL/Cadbury where she worked as Sensory Manager before transitioning to a Business Development role. She joined Sensory Dimensions in 2010 and has seen the business grow considerably since that time with the opening of a specialist Home and Personal Care assessment facility and the relocation of the Reading Food and Beverage centre.

Tracey is Vice-Chair of the UK Institute of Food Science & Technology’s Sensory Science Group.
