You're invited to Meet-Up at Monell - Philadelphia's and the world's only research center dedicated to the science of taste and smell - after the free Tuesday afternoon of the Pangborn meeting. Please join us at the Monell Chemical Senses Center (directions below) for an evening of taste and smell demos, light food and drink, and camaraderie with colleagues and fellow meeting goers. The Monell Chemical Senses Center is an independent nonprofit research institute founded in 1968 to advance and share discoveries in the science of the chemical senses of smell, taste, chemesthesis, and interoception to solve the world’s health, societal, and environmental challenges.
